    In Nis, on February 1, 2019, a five-day training was organized – “Training of trainers” for representatives of public administrations and local self-governments of Pcinj, Nisava, Pirot, Toplica, Jablanica, Zajecar, Pomoravski, Sumadijski, Rasinski, Raska, Zlatibor and Moravica. This training program for acquiring coaching skills in the field of ethics and integrity, from Palilula Municipality – Nis was successfully completed by Marija Brajdić, Head of the Municipal Administration and Dragan Vidojković from the Department for the Affairs of the President, the Council and the Municipal Assembly of Palilula.

    The training was organized by the team of the EU project “Prevention and Fight against Corruption”, which seeks to strengthen mechanisms for prevention and fight against corruption in accordance with the National Anti-Corruption Strategy and Action Plan for Chapter 23. Coaches of this training, Edin Veljović, Tamara Tomašević and Roman Prah, introduced the participants with the values and roles of public officials, ways to prevent corruption and improve the coaching skills of the participants, so that in the future they could plan and conduct lectures and workshops on ethics and integrity. The draft of the new Law on the Anti-Corruption Agency foresees the obligation of such training for all employees in public administration and local self-government.
